The notifications and alerts are not working

If you are not receiving app notifications here are some suggestions:

  • Check that "Notifications" are enabled on your phone (Settings > Notifications > Lully). Ensure that all the notification options are enabled as shown below. 

         

  • Check the "Do Not Disturb" settings on your phone (Settings > Do Not Disturb). Ensure that this feature is either disabled or is not scheduled for when the above notifications are scheduled.
