Should I use the Sleep Guardian only once each night?

Training the first night terror using the Sleep Guardian's vibrations has benefits throughout the night. Your child's body is able to learn and manage the rest of the night terrors.

It's really important to record all of the night terrors that occur each night as the Sleep Guardian's algorithms learn and improve with each night of use.
