The Sleep Guardian recommends a time based on when night terrors occur relative to when your child goes to bed and how long it takes him/her to fall asleep. This is why it's really important that you capture the correct bedtime and adjust when your child falls asleep on the nightly timeline.
If the Sleep Guardian has found the ideal recommended time, it may not continue to change. Be sure you continue to enter the night terror information. If the pattern of night terrors changes, the vibration time may need to change.
