The vibration intensity is at the lowest setting and my child is still wakes up.

If you child wakes up due to the vibrations or is scared of the vibrations, we recommend moving the Sleep Guardian from directly under your child to a little further away. Other parents have found success by moving it toward the foot of the bed or off to the side of the bed.

If your child already appears to be awake when it's time to turn on the Sleep Guardian, wait 5 minutes and try again. If your child's still awake 5 minutes later, skip using the Sleep Guardian that night.
